AVAILABILITY
AA Mineral
Specimens will make every endeavour to ensure goods for sale on this site are
available for purchase. However, you
agree that any item you order and pay for may be unavailable for any
reason. In such circumstances, AA
Mineral Specimens will refund in full the amount paid for the unavailable item,
including taxes and shipping, unless a replacement or other arrangements are
agreed with you in writing.
PRICING
AA Mineral
Specimens sells products on this site via checkout processes, in US dollars
only. Except where noted otherwise, the
price displayed for products on our website represents the retail price
excluding taxes and shipping charges. Goods
and Services Tax (GST) is charged at the point of checkout, on goods shipped

who choose to pay by phone or mail, will be charged in Australian dollars. AA Mineral Specimens will provide a written
or verbal Australian dollar quotation.
The Australian dollar amount will include taxes and shipping costs, and
will be calculated using the indicative exchange rate available on the website
on that day.
PAYMENTS
Payments
for goods via checkout procedures on this site are to be made through the third
party payment processors available through the checkout process. AA Mineral Specimens may, at its sole
discretion, agree to other arrangements that do not include the website
checkout process.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT TO YOU
If goods
shipped to you by AA Mineral Specimens, via AA Minerals Specimens’ nominated
shipper are damaged in transit, you must inform AA Mineral Specimens of the
damage within 20 days of the goods being shipped.
AA Mineral
Specimens at its sole discretion will decide whether or not to accept the
return of the damaged goods. We will
refund the total cost of any damaged item when we accept the return of
goods.
If we will
not accept return of the damaged goods, we will negotiate a full or partial
refund based on the extent of the damage and on your requirements.
Refunds
will not exceed the amount you have paid AA Mineral Specimens for the damaged
goods.
AA Mineral
Specimens will not accept returns or issue refunds for goods damaged while
being shipped to you via your own nominated shipper.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR NON-DAMAGED
GOODS
If AA
Mineral Specimens agrees with you that goods supplied to you by AA Mineral
Specimens are not as described, we will accept returns and issue a full
refund.
RETURNS UNDER ANY OTHER CONDITIONS
If you wish
to return goods under any other conditions, arrangements must be agreed in
advance with AA Mineral Specimens in writing.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to
your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account or password. If
